Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the current American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the west in a wonderful game for beginner level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the house, unlike the majority of other poker games that players bet against other players. By competing against the dealer, starting players don’t have to fret about any other, more experienced players taking their mulla.

A further Pai Gow benefit is the fairly slow game pace, beginners are able to take their time and strategize without having to make frenzied decisions.

It is also easier to gamble on for a long time with just a little bit of cash after all, to not win, each of your hands has to be under each of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards face up and the casino gets seven cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and one two card hand need to be made from the seven cards, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be higher than the dealer’s.
